Аннотация
Статья рассматривает историю появления и формирования механизма Периодической отчётности в системе Конвенции об охране всемирного наследия. В статье подчёркивается мониторинговый, эволюционирующий и адаптивный характер механизма Периодической отчётности.

Abstract
The following study explores the history of the World Heritage Convention's Periodic Reporting process as well as modifications the mechanism has since undergone. Its monitoring purpose as well as the ever-evolving and adaptable nature of Periodic Reporting is given special attention in this paper.
