ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ МЕТОДОВ РЕСТАВРАЦИИ ТКАНЫХ ШПАЛЕР В СТРАНАХ ЗАПАДНОЙ ЕВРОПЫ В XV—XVIII ВЕКАХ

Аннотация
Шпалеры — декоративные тканые ковры — занимают особое место в истории западноевропейского декоративно-прикладного искусства. К концу XV — началу XVI века шпалеры заняли определяющую роль в системе убранства интерьеров, выполняя декоративную и чисто утилитарную функции. Архивные документы, дошедшие до наших дней счета на покупку необходимых материалов, ведомости оплаты труда мастеров дают представление о методах и приемах их работы.

Abstract
Tapestries, or decorative woven carpets, occupy a special place in the history of Western European decorative art. By the end of the 15th – the beginning of the 16th century, tapestries had occupied an important role in the system of interior decoration, fulfilling both decorative and purely utilitarian functions. Archival documents, bills for purchasing materials and pay slips of the craftsmen give an idea of their methods and techniques.
